General rules of cooperation
The most important idea of our company is to serve You with possible best quality.
1.You can send Your bookings on Aktiv Tours Reisen in written form with such data as:
- exact term of the trip
- itinerary
- category of the hotel or the other accommodation house
- board ( BB or HB or FB )
- exact number of guests
- exact numbers of rooms
- transportation way
- additional services ( program and so on )
2.The confirmation of the Aktiv Tours Reisen will be sent in written form and contain all the mentioned dates. We are not responsible for the package finally sold by our client. Our prices are net prices ( unless agreed otherwise ).
3.The itinerary and program can be changed according to the wishes.
4.According to or proposal we can offer 1 free person in double – room without costs of the program.
5.Payments conditions:
Full payments for ordered services should be made before trip begin at our bank account by bank transfer on:
Prepayments 100 Euro per person till 60 days before the trip. The rest of the payment 40 days before the trip unless agreed otherwise

6.Vouchers will be as a rule given after full payment. Without full payment has the client no claim on vouchers from Aktiv Tours Reisen.
7.Additional services e.g. visas, last minute additional bookings are to pay 2 weeks after the end of the trip at the latest.
8.The minimal number of the participants.
Unless agreed otherwise the minimal number of participants: 20 persons. If there is not sufficient number of participants e.g. due to cancellation of some participants, Aktiv Tours Reisen can charge the client with additional costs.
9.Travel documents.
Aktiv Tours Reisen informs its clients about passports, duty and sanitary regulations of the destination land. The client is obligated to inform the participants about it.
10.Aktiv Tours Reisen is not responsible for theft, lost of luggage, change of itinerary, damage and other events not caused by Aktiv Tours Reisen. Changes of timetable, program or accommodation can happen in exceptional circumstances. In such case Aktiv Tours Reisen has to offer services of comparable standard or to offer properly lower price. The complaints must be reported in written form within maximal 21 days after the end of trip. After 21 days the claim expires. The complaints if possible must be reported on the spot so that the complained situation could be clarified.
11.Changes and cancellations cause following costs ( unless agreed otherwise in the offer ):
- Cancellation 46 - 35 days before trip start = 10% from trip price per person
- Cancellation 34 – 29 days before trip start = 40% from trip price per person
- Cancellation 28-15 days before trip start = 50% from trip price per person
- Cancellation 14-04 days before trip start = 60% from trip price per person
- Cancellation 3 days or less before trip start = 90% from trip price per person
If there will be a change of date ( e.g. name of participants ) Aktiv Tours Reisen can charge the client with 25 Euro fee.
12.Price changes because of political, economic, exchange rate and tax changes are possible and are written as usual in the offers.
13.Change of services will take only in exceptional circumstances and in such case Aktiv Tours Reisen ( in consultation with tour leader ) may break him off the trip without compensation. All trip participants are obligated to undertake all means I order to avoid any damages.
15.Court local competence in case of any claims is Gdańsk. The Polish law shall be the law governing all agreements.
16.Interest tares are 1% per mouth.
17.In particular case the general rules can be negotiated in or clients favour.
