Gdańsk, Verona and Weimar – the cities of love.
Gdańsk as the city of love
Under this title, we’d like to offer you a short stay in the royal city of Gdańsk.
The Leitmotif of our trip is the love story of polish astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus and Anna Szyling.
Everyone colligates Copernicus with a man, who invented the theory of the sun – a stationary star posing the center of the universe and the earth revolving around it. Everyone can imagine him holding an astrolabium clock and having his head in the clouds. However, he was also a passionate man. Not only was he preoccupied with mathematics, but also with ordinary human feelings. Following this love we will visit Old Town of Gdańsk. We hope that this story will let us touch their true feeling and kindle enthusiasm in yours hearts as well.
