Verona – city of love

Verona is a big museum of architecture, painting and sculpture. But first of all Verona is home town of romantic lovers Romeo and Julia born in the families Capuletti and Montecci. You can visit the house of Julia and make a photo under the romantic balcony. The men can thake this photo by holding the evidently worn right breast. According to the tradition the lovers left love letters there.
The suffering lovers from all over the world send their letters to the small church, where Julia should have been buried. You can also visit Bazilica di San Fermo, where nowadays are two connected churches and Arena – Roman monument for 20000 spectators, where each July and August music events and balet performances take place.

Verona hotel „Mastino” ***, rooms with WC/shower, TV Sat, minibar, internet, air-conditioning, safe. Restaurant, bar, Spa. Hotel located in  Citta Antica near Arena di Nerona in the middle of the city.

Program:

1st Day.
Individual arrival in the hotel, check in. Leisure time, possibility for a walk in a old town.
Romantic dinner with wine in hotel restaurant.
2nd Day.
Breakfast and walk in the old town of Verona on the traces of Romeo and Julia: via Shakespeare, near Pizza Bra, in the small church San Francisco al. Corso, where Julia should have been buried. Only the marble urn remained. Many famous people visit the place: Byron, Napoleon’s wife Maria Louise and so on. Then You can visit the Romeo’s House and  Julia’s House.
Dinner and in the summer months possibility to show opera performances.
3rd Day.
Breakfast and individual departure.
