GENERAL COOPERATION RULES
A. General
1. Aktiv Tours travel agency operates as a middleman between the polish hunting clubs and foreign ordering party in the range of accounts and organization,of huntings for foreigners.
2. „Aktiv Tours” orders game by the polish hunting area administrators and offers it to the foreign hunters on conditions included in this price list.
3. The polish hunting clubs are responsible for the efficiency of the hunting facilities in the area.
4. There can be no other huntings in the area within 7 days before the hunting. It is also forbidden for the polish and foreign hunters to hunt in the same area in the same time.
5. „Aktiv Tours” is obliged to provide guide/interpreter services with each hunting (unless ordered otherwise).
6. The client receives a civil liability insurance for the period of 14 days, which is included in the pricelist.
7. Any separate settlements unknown to Aktiv Tours are not in force.
8. „Aktiv Tours” takes no responsibility for theft or damage of the luggage, or any other accidents which are not caused by Aktiv Tours.
9. Only the game pointed by the leading polish hunter can be shot. The shooter is always responsible for the shot. A clear sign must be established between the leader and the foreign hunter in order to avoid mistakes.
10. All prices are netto prices, we have to add 22% Vat to the netto prices.
B. Orders, changes and cancellations
1.The following information has to be included in the order form:
- Full name of the hunter, passport number, citizenship, number of the hunter's certificate.
- Full name of the accompanying person passport number, citizenship.
- Number and calibre of weapon, amount of cartridges.
- Specification of the hunting (single or group).
