Conditions of Participation

The following conditions are a base of a contract, which every participant should conclude with "Aktiv tours" Travel Agency before each trip.

 Prices

All prices incl. VAT. The price, which is given in our catalogue for Polish tours, does not include insurance costs. Therefore each participant is obliged to insure either individual or by the agent of our Travel Agency.

Rates for biking in Italy and Austria include insurance costs.

 Booking / Confirmation

Each notification should be written and should include following information:

• an exact term of the trip and number of tours

• an exact number of participants/sex

• room structure

• additional services

• by family holidays, age of the children is needed

By each booking the participant is obliged to pay at least 50,- DM in advance (twenty five days before planned term of a tours).

The confirmation of a trip includes an exact term, meeting place and an exact description of the hotel.

At least 7 people must take part in each tours (it does not concern tours to Italy and to Austria).

Cancellation

Cancellation policy:

• 25 days before the begin of a tours - 50 DM

• 25-14 days before the begin of a tours - 30% of all costs

• 14-8 days before the begin of a tours - 50% of all costs

• 7-2 days before the begin of a tours - 80% of all costs

• 1 day before the begin of a tours - 100% of total costs

Each participant, who cancels his part in a tours, can offer his place to another person during next 14 days. Costs of changing previous reservation are: 30 DM per person.

The Travel Agency is obliged to:

• carry out the trip according services in the program

• secure a proper accommodation and services

Claims

"Aktiv tours" Travel Agency is not responsible for thefts, changing of a previous tours term, accidents which are not caused by the "Aktiv tours".

The participant can put services in a claim in a written form during 14 days after the end of the trip in our Travel Agency directly or at the office of the agent of "Aktiv tours".

Important documents

The participant is responsible for validity of his documents.
