Culinary round trip through Poland
Along the Culinary trail
Poland has always fascinated visitors with its eventful history, monuments of art and architecture, cultural traditions, diversity of natural landscapes and most notably - Polish cuisine and the hospitability of Polish people. You can find polish cuisine refined but simple, fatty but delicate, spicy and mellow in taste. Every region is famous for its own dishes and each region has developed its own culinary customs. Old recipes are passed on from generation to generation and cherished, because they contain the secret of the unique flavour of Polish specialities.
The one thing that unites all the regions is Old-Polish hospitality. Nobody can leave a Polish table hungry. Fragrant baked goods, juicy meat dishes, as well as numerous varieties of dumplings and pancakes unknown in other countries, will tempt anybody.
